Reclaiming Our Stories: Indigenous Art and Storywork as Pathways to Healing and Recovery

“Healing begins when we return to the stories carried in our bodies, our memories, and the Land. Through art, lived experience becomes more than pain remembered. It becomes a way of speaking with our ancestors, reconnecting with culture, and finding our way home to ourselves.”
